Why does my well smell?

Why does my water have color?

Why is my water turning everything red?

Why does my well keep throwing the breaker?
This is usually due to a power problem or an overload.

Why does my well keep clicking on and off?

Why won't my well come on?

Can I put my well on my homeowner's policy?
Yes! This may protect you in case of lightning strike or other accidental damage.

Do you accept credit cards?
No. Russell Drilling only accepts cash or check payments.

When is payment due?
Payment is due upon completion of the project. Russell Drilling will invoice you and appreciates your prompt payment.

Do you expect payment up front?
With the exception of special part orders, Russell Drilling's team of licensed drillers does expect or require payment until a job is completed.

Do you have a payment plan?
No. Payment is expected, in full when a project is completed.

Do you provide financing?
No. Payment is expected, in full when a project is completed.

It's cold and my pump won't come on, what should I do?
Chances are, the pipes are frozen. Do NOT run your pump against frozen pipes or you will burn it up. Turn it off and call Russell Drilling.

What should I do if my pump is buzzing?
Turn it off and call Russell Drilling.

What should I do if my pipes are leaking?
Call a plumber or call Russell Drilling.

What advice do you have if want to construct a building or a pump house?
Make sure this is something that comes apart or has an easily removable roof; if the pump needs to be pulled, the structure will need to be removed.

Do you drill curb (large-diameter) wells?
No.

Do you work on jet pumps?
No.
